We meet at your company's headquarters (kick-off meeting) to get to know the implementation teams, define the project details and the working methodology. During several workshops and project meetings, we will jointly develop the concept of the target solution in the areas covered by the project (APS, MES, SCADA), based on the needs of your company. We will approve the project specification, which includes the project manual and the functional specification with a description of the interfaces and the required infrastructure. In this step we also confirm the project schedule.

Meet with the project stakeholders in your company and discuss their needs to know the goal and scope of the project when starting to implement PSIpenta. Note that stakeholders are not only planners and people directly involved in production planning, but also, for example, the sales department or customer service.
Check the completeness and accuracy of the data related to production orders and manufacturing technology. We can help you determine what information is critical to an efficient integration process.
Agree with your ERP vendor on the scope of data required for integration and the time required to create a work plan and accelerate the PSIpenta implementation process. If you are not sure what data you want to exchange between the systems, we will be happy to advise you.
Check if you have the appropriate server that meets the PSIpenta requirements and the appropriate terminals if you want to use them for production status reporting (MES). Our IT department can prepare a quotation for your company for the purchase and support of the necessary IT infrastructure.
